Exploring the Facilitator’ Roles and Successful Factors of International Youth Programs: A Grounded Theory Approach*

This study aimed to explore the identities, roles and factors contributing successful international youth programs perceived by facilitators who participated in Korea-ASEAN International Youth Summit. A grounded theory approach was utilized this analyze experiential data provided as participants. Online interviews were conducted 10 total of 288 statements 28 categories extracted results using framework model causal, context, intervening condition, action/interaction, central phenomena consequences presented.
